be 18 or over;

have opened a UK bank account

Extension of Tier 1 Investor

at least ┬ú1,000,000 under your control in the UK
have invested at least ┬ú750,000 (or 75%) of that in UK government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active UK companies
invested this sum within 3 months of ÔÇÿinvestor start dateÔÇÖ

If the initial entry clearance as Tier 1 Investor was granted on or after 6th November 2014, then the applicant needs to demonstrate that they::

have at least ┬ú2,000,000 under their control in the UK
have invested those funds in UK government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active UK companies
invested this sum within 3 months of ÔÇÿinvestor start dateÔÇÖ
