If the main applicant has been required to apply for PCC an as part of their visa application process, then the dependent (over the age of 18 years) will also be required to obtain a PCC to apply for their UK visas.

The entry clearance vignettes will provide the duration for entry to the UK, normally this is for 90 days.
If an applicant is unable to travel in the specified period, they can apply for a vignette transfer by paying the relevant fee and duration is stamped for another 90-day period.
